Description

The Contractor shall perform the fireworks display both on 4th of July and Friendship Festival, 24 Aug 03, in accordance with the Contractor's own standard or sequence. The Contractor must be licensed in accordance with the laws of Japan in order to provide this service and will use the best safety practices and conforming to laws of Japan when moving, handling, storing and presenting the fireworks display. In addition the contractor must adhere to all directives given by the Fire Department and Wing Safety in regards to area preparation and safety guidelines. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
