QUESTIONS REGARDING PLANS/SPECIFICATIONS SHOULD BE DIRECTE D TO THE PLANS ROOM, SONYA WHITE (251) 690-2535/2536 OR FAX: (251) 694-4343. This solicitation, which was posted on 3 June 2003, and modified on 6 June 2003, is again modified as follows: This project is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for which two contracts will be awarded using Performance Price Trade Off (PPTO) criteria. There will be two bid schedules and contractors may submit offers for one or both contracts. The two contracts may or may not be awarded to the same contractor. The contract for work only within Calhoun County, Alabama will be awarded first. The contractor awarded the first contract will not be excluded from consideration for the second contract to be awarded for work w ithin North and Central Mississippi, North and Central Alabama, and Calhoun County, Alabama. All other information remains unchanged.
