Description

Mortimer Campground bathhouse construction. Project consists of constructing a block/rock veneered four-room toilet and shower building including water, sewer and electrical site utilities. Project also includes installation of approximately 800 LF of 2" size campground watermain including valves & dispersed yard hydrants. Estimated cost of $100,000-$250,000. Project is located in Caldwell County, North CArolina. Solicitation will be available for download on/after Feb 20, 2003 from www.fedbizopps.gov. If after downloading solicitation, prospective bidders want to request plans, plans can be requested by sending check for $25 made out to USDA Forest Service to Jan Walthall, P.O. Box 2750, Asheville, NC 28802. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-FEB-2003).
