Description

NA The proposed contract is set aside 100% for small business concerns. The planned date for the release of the solicitation is July 1, 2003. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, tools and transportation to dismantle, s tore, reassemble and provide emergency repairs to the band shell at West Point. The storage location for the band shell is directly behind and beneath its assembled location. The band shell was custom designed and built, and stands approximately ninety f eet (90') wide by fifteen feet (15') high. The Contractor shall assemble the band shell during the first two (2) weeks of May and shall dismantle it during the last two (2) weeks of September. The Contractor shall provide emergency repairs as needed with in forty-eight (48) hours after notification. The Government provides storage bags and videotape instructions. Hours of Work: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays. Period of Performance: Base year of October 1, 2003 - September 30, 2004, with four (4) option years.
