- Refer to notes: 12 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date. The issue date is anticipated to be Jul 14, 2003. The following NSNs: 4730013368125, 4730012430276, 4730011648165, 4730004094533, 4730003043559, and 4730002202898. Part numbers are: 30A313-301, 10A251-150-66, 10A367-250-200, 28A412, 10A309-275-200, 30A301. AVICA US INC. CAGE 14711. PR number is IQC03134007001. Solicitation is for an indefinite quantity contract with an estimated annual dollar value of $246,212.. Shipment will be based on F.O.B. Origin. Pricing is going to be based on a range quantity depending on the NSN, minimum buy IS $500. A varying delivery schedule of 90 to 146 days depending on the NSN will be required for each delivery. Estimated award date is Oct 12, 2003. The solicitation will be available on its issue date at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 3 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive, technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Approved sources are: Cage code 14711, AVICA US INC.. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other factors as described in the solicitation.
