Description

NA Program Management and Technical Support Services. The Defense Contracting Command-Washington, (DCC-W) on behalf of the Army Logistics Transformation Agency (LIA) is issuing this synopsis to solicit proposals for researching and evaluating existing or emerging logistics processes, developing and testing ne w initiatives to correct weaknesses and improve current logistic capabilities. The proposed services will be aimed towards a seamless more responsive logistics system. This acquisition is a 100% 8(a) set-aside. The government anticipates a Fixed Price, Ind efinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery Task Order type contract with a base year and four (4) option years. The Request for Proposal (RFP) Solicitation will be available 17 June 2003, for downloading from the DCC-W website: http//dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/; cl ick on services then proceed to the RFP Main Listing Page, select RFP number DASW01-03-R-0039, Program Management and Technical Support Services. Download or review the solicitation as appropriate. The proposal submission date is 16 July 2003, 10:00 AM eas tern standard time. Further instructions are provided in the solicitation. NOTE: This requirement was posted for release 24 April 2003, under the RFP number listed above. However, its release was delayed until this notice.
