- THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY - The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with The Marrow Foundation, 400 Seventh Street, NW, Washington, DC 20004. The purpose of this procurement is to conduct tissue typing of Federal employees who wish to enroll in the national bone marrow donor registry. The contractor shall: provide reimbursement for phlebotomy and tissue typing services using National Marrow Donor Program approved laboratories for Federal employees at drives designated by the Project Officer. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 13, Simplified Acquisition. The period of performance for this project is one year with two option years. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file.
