Description
Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to install drainage system at USCG CAMSLANT Pungo Transmitting Site, Virginia Beach, VA. Major work items include: Clean and regrade 1,900 LF of heavily wooded drainage ditch; Clean out 300 LF of heavily wooded drainage ditch, move center of ditch 20 feet South; Construct 1,600 LF excavated earth drainage ditches through open grass field; Construct new 800 LF gravel driveway through heavily wooded forest; Clean and regrade existing 1,500 foot open ditch, with light trees and stumps; Construct (6) new corrugated metal culverts of varying sizes; Provide flared metal end section (inlet and exit) for all culverts; Replace (1) 600 LF underground copper antenna ground cable; Replace 50-foot x 100-foot area of concrete paved runway, over new culvert; Locate existing underground utility cables in area of new ditches; Lower cables to 18 inches below bottom of ditch; (4) communication cables (lower existing); (4) power cables; provide new cable and splices; Seed and mulch all new ditches and disturbed areas of grass field; Provide temporary silt fence around ditches to prevent erosion, until grass grows 3 inches; Provide (3) temporary rock check dams; Remove check dams when grass grows 3 inches and seed disturbed area; Provide temporary vinyl mesh around culvert inlets; Remove when grass grows 3 inches. This procurement is estimated between $100K and $250K. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS is 238910. Completion time is 120 DANTP.
