- Description
- SOURCES SOUGHT: The project worksite is the U.S. Coast Guard Integrated Support Command (ISC), 100 MacArthur Causeway, Miami Beach, Miami-Dade County, Florida. The project work consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment and materials for the repair and resurfacing of the Training Tank (pool). Repairs include: repairs to the pool deck, pool interior and pool border; removing the old pool deck surface using mechanical means, repair all cracks in pool deck base concrete; application of new deck system; draining of pool and repairs to all hairline cracks in the pool; new interior pool finish to be applied; pool border to be removed to border base surface, and replaced; new pool border with depth tiles to be furnished installed. Estimated price range is $25,000.00 - $100,000.00. Payment bond is required. The applicable NAICS code for this project is 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, with a size standard of $12.0 million. Hard copies of the solicitation are not available. SOLICITATION IN ITS ENTIRETY WILL BE AVAILABLE ON LINE AT: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All amendments and pertinent information will be available at this website. This action is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. Interested HUBZone small business concerns should indicate their interest to the Contracting Officer in writing as early as possible, but shall not be received by the Contracting Officer later than 15 calendar days after posting of this notice. As a minimum, the following information is required: a copy of the certificate issued by the SBA of your qualifications as a HUBZone concern, a positive statement of your intention to submit an offer for this solicitation as a prime contractor, evidence of experience in work similar in type and scope to include contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts, and points of contacts and telephone numbers and, provide evidence of bonding capability to the maximum magnitude of the project, to include both single and aggregate totals. All information must be submitted in sufficient detail for a decision to be made on availability of interested HUBZone concerns. Failure to submit all information requested will result in a contractor not being considered as an interested HUBZone concern. If adequate interest is not received from HUBZone concerns by close of business 15 calendar days from the date of this notice, this solicitation will be issued as a small business set-aside. All amendments and pertinent information will be available at this website.
