Description

US Naval Hospital, Okinawa, Japan requires reagents, controls, and consumables for laboratory use. There are in excess of over 60 line items and will require shipment direct to Tracy, CA, FPO address, and direct to the hospital (Okinawa, Japan) over a 12-month period beginning October 1, 2003 and ending September 30, 2004. Method of shipment and quantity to be shipped will vary while meeting minimum expiration dates and refrigeration requirements. Contact for schedule of supplies. Submissions after July 31 may not be considered for award.
