Description

This modification is to CLARIFY that this IS STEP 2 of the TWO STEP process. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing has PREVIOUSLY received, evaluated, and found two proposals to be technically acceptable and are asking those two firms to submit a fully priced bid to be considered for award. Each bid in STEP 2 must be based on the bidder's own technical proposal as originally submitted. ALL FULL COST PROCEDURES OF THE OMB A76 CIRCULAR APPLY. A CONTRACT MAY OR MAY NOT RESULT. Those two firms are asked to submit their pricing proposals ONLY to the Contracting Officer's Office at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing on or before Friday, 27 June 2003; by 10:00 am EST. A bid opening will be held in the Office of Procurement conference room on the seventh (7th) floor at 1:00pm EST in the BEP Annex building. Due to high security no more than two representatives from each company will be able to attend. You MUST submit the following information via email before 11:00am EST on Monday, 23 June 2003 to robert.knauer@bep.treas.gov to ensure access to the facility. Company Name, Address, Name of individual attending, social security number, date of birth (all information will be protected via the privacy act). In the event that the bid opening needs to be rescheduled, offerors will be notified via email.
