Description

This acquisition is competitively set aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 423710, and Standard Industry Classification (SIC Code) 5072, with a size standard of 500 employees. The contractor shall provide non-personal services including all necessary plant, labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, supervision and all other essentials necessary to perform operation of the Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store (COCESS) at Cannon AFB, New Mexico. Contractor is to set up and maintain a store in Government owned facilities for furnishing Civil Engineer related supplies for use on Cannon AFB, NM and authorized government installations. Typical categories of supply include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, paint, sheet metal, refrigeration, heating, pavement and grounds, power plant, waste and water. This supply/service is being acquired under commercial item procedures. This is a firm fixed price requirements contract with an economic price adjustment with a performance period of 01 October 2003 through 30 September 2004 with (5) one-year options. The Request for Proposal will be tentatively issued on 9 May 2003. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-APR-2003).
