- Description
- The Monongahela National Forest requests interested parties to submit the S.F. 254 and S.F. 255 for performance of land survey and establishment of property boundary lines on both sides of an abandoned railroad grade between Thomas and Parsons, WV. The project work will include approximately 24 miles of traverse line, 425 monuments, blazing, signing and painting several miles of property boundary line. The submissions will be evaluated using the following criteria, in descending order of importance: 1. Professional qualifications and technical competence necessary for satisfactory performance of the required services; 2. Specialized experience necessary for satisfactory performance of Cadastral Survey projects; 3. Knowledge of the area - location in the general area and knowledge of the project area; 4. Past performance on contracts with government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedules; and 5. Capacity to accomplish the work in the required time - include information of future and current workload.
