Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons-Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award to a qualified small business for the provision of (2) dental hygienist for the Federal Correctional Complex located in Coleman, Florida. The successful contractor shall provide services which include, but are not limited to, the following: Perform routine and extensive prophylactic procedures, therapeutic procedures, and participates in monitoring and evaluating the quality and appropriateness of patient care. Services will be performed on individuals who are under the custody and care of the Federal Bureau of Prisons within a secure correctional environment. The contract term shall consist of a base period extending from the date of award through 12 months with four (4) subsequent, 12 month option periods for renewal if exercised. The solicitation will be made available on or about July 30, 2003, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about August 27, 2003. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
