Description

NA An organized site visit has been scheduled for Monday, 14 July 2003. Participants will meet at the Doha Sheraton Hotel, Doha, Qatar, at 0800 hours 14 July 2003 (phone number 974-485-4444). Attendance at the site visit is limited to two (2) representative s from each company. Participants will be driven to the construction site aboard a government provided bus. The pre-proposal conference will be held at the Doha Sheraton at 1300 hours 14 July 2003. There is no limit on the number of participants from each company who may attend the conference. Prospective offerors must provide the Transatlantic Programs Center (TAC) with the name, title, and country of citizenship of the persons who will attend the site visit and the pre-proposal conference. Attendance a t either event is not a mandatory requirement. Information on the site visit and pre-proposal conference will be posted to the TAC Internet site. Prospective offerors should refer to the Internet site periodically to learn of any changes to the events. Information on the events will be included within the cover letter that accompanies the solicitation's CDs'.
