Description

Contractor shall conduct Phase III Archeological Site Mitigation at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. This work will include all fieldwork, research, curation, and reporting efforts. The Contractor shall provide all professional staff, support staff, and specialists necesssary to plan, supervise, perform, and report the required work in a timely and efficient manner. The contractor shall furnish all labor, physical plant, adequate transportation for use on unpaved trails and roads. This will be a negotiated firm-fixed price contract. The technical proposal will be evaluated on criteria which will be contained in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available for download at www.eps.gov(FedBIZOPPS) or http://idesec.nbc.gov, on or about July 14, 2003. No hardcopies will be issued.
