- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the following item: 1 ea 15 foot Stingray Flex-wing Cutter, Model ST-15 or equal. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F01600-03-T-0030 is issued as a request for quote. This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. This solicitation is being competed Small business set-aside. This contract will be awarded as a fixed price and the delivery will be FOB destination. Please include delivery time with your quote. FAR 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors?Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. This acquisition will be awarded lowest price technically acceptable. Offerors must complete a copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items and submit with quote. FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions?Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
