Description

NA This posting constitutes the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY intent to award a sole source purchase order to Southeastern New York Library Resources Council, PO Box 879, Highland, NY 12528 for the annual renewal of the Waldo and SENYLRC database subs criptions. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C,2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable NAICS is 511140 with a size standard of 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations or a solicitation of offers. THERE WILL BE NO SOLICITATION ISSUED. See numbered note 22. Insert three days in lieu of 45 days in note 22.
