- NA SHAFT ASSEMBLY, DRIV; NSN: 1615-01-081-2775, P/N: 70361-03001-045, Qty: 49 each minimum/289 each maximum, 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement, applicable to the UH-60 Aircraft. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Large businesses will not be solicited. Approved sources are Sikorsky A ircraft Corp., 6900 Main St., Stratford, CT 06615-9129 (CAGE 78286, Rotair Industries, Inc., 964 Crescent Ave., P.O. Box 4098, Bridgeport, CT 06607-1025 (CAGE 54878), The Purdy Corp., 586 Hilliard St., P.O. Box 1898, Manchester, CT 06045-1898 (CAGE 15152), W&G Machine Co., Inc., 4 Hamden Park Drive, Hamden, CT 06517-3149 (CAGE 33682), Equitable Engineering Co., 1840 Austin, P.O. Box 1159, Troy, MI 48099-1159 (CAGE 11867), and Texas Aerospace Services, LTD., L.L.P., 3550 Maple St., Abilene, TX 79602-7130 (CA GE 29242). F.O.B. Origin with delivery to XU Transportation Officer, DDSS New Cumberland Facility, Building Mission Door 113 134, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 25 each, 405 Days After Contract Award (DACA ). The First Article Test Report is due 258 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 25 each, 270 DACA. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, or technical data that a re not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity's procedures, as approved by the cognizant Gove rnment engineering activity. The qualification procedures must be approved by the Government engineering activity having jurisdiction over the part in the intended application. This acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and ha s been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. The cl osing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
