Description: The work of this contract consists of removing the existing fuel oil-fired boiler and associated piping, valves, equipment and appurtenances and instaling a new LPG boiler and chiller including, associated piping, valves, equipment and appurtenances. the project is located in the Visitor Center at Jewel Cave Naitonal Monument, approximately 15 miles west of Custer, South Dakota on Highway 16. Award of this contract will be in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (Public Law 100-656). This project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. Estimated Price Range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS:235110 Size Standard:7.0 million, P&S: Y242.
