Description

NA The solicitation for this notice will be available for download at www.eps.gov (Fed Biz Opps) or http://ideas_ec.nbc.gov on or about Aug. 13, 2003. Project: Painting Fort Matanzas Visitor Center and ranger offices. NAICS code fo this project is 235210. This is a Small Business Set-Aside Description: The work consists of painting two buildings. The visitor center is a two story structure with horizontal lap and vertical shiplap siding along with wood doors and windows that shall be repainted. The visitor center also is clad with painted exterior plaster that shall be repainted. Siding totals approximately 1,200 SF. Plaster totals approximately 630 SF. The ranger station is a one story structure with wood doors, windows, soffit, and fascia that shall be repainted. Soffit and fascia totals approximately 100 SF. Existing paint shall need to be completely removed on both buildings due to lead content. Contractor shall provide costs itemizing for the work to be provided under the Construction Program Requirements as stipulated in the Scope of Work. Location: Fort Matanzas National Monument, south of Castillo de San Marcos on A1A, St. Augustine, FL. The anticipated price range of this projet is expected to be between $25,000 and $100,000 with a period of performance of 30 days TELEPHONE REQUEST will not be accepted.
