Description

The Request for Quote (RFQ) #Q812003052B will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about August 04, 2003. PAPER COPIES OF THIS RFQ WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE/FAX REQUESTS FOR THIS RFQ WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Description: 100% Set-aside for Small Business. Project: Install new Cisco AVVID Voice over IP (VoIP) deployment at the Channel Islands National Park (Park), Ventura, CA 93001 in accordance with the statement of work (SOW). The Park requires a firm, fixed-price quote to install a VoIP Cisco AVVID system. The Park is in the process of replacing it's current Lucent Teachnologies phone system with the Cisco AVVID VoIP system. Phones will be deployed across four buildings that reside in the Ventura Harbor, Ventura, CA and all are within a 1/4 of a mile apart. The Park has procure and has the Cisco equipment needed to deploy the VoIP system. All hardwar at hand is listed in the SOW. All wiring has or will be performed by the Park's IT Staff. All hardware is currently installed in it's corresponding locations. The contractor will need to configure the hardware and software, coordinate w/ Telco's to perform a cutover to the new AVVID system, and provide 1year maintenance/support service. Read the SOW for complete details and list of equipment at hand. Responses are due August 25, 2003 at 4:00p.m. (p.s.t.).
