Description

Perform all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision and transportation required for Building 279 Addition, USCG Training Center Cape May, NJ. Work consists of demolition, concrete work, masonry work, metal work, thermal & moisture protection, doors and windows, painting, mechanical, electrical and lighting. The procurement is estimated between $250K and $500K. This acquisition is a TOTAL HUBZONE SET-ASIDE. The applicable NAICS Code is 236220. Completion time is yet to be determined. All responsible sources may submit a bid to be considered by the agency. No telephone or written requests for solicitation documents or posting dates. When available, all relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings willbe available exclusively from the internet by accessing the government-wide Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS) website at: http://www.eps.gov. Interested parties are encouraged to register at the website to be notified when information on this project is uploaded. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be posted solely on this website. The Coast Guard now distributes the Technical Data Package (TDP)portion of solicitations through the Federal Technical Data Solution (FEDTEDS) website.
