Description: The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) plans to negotiate a sole source purchase order with American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) for the renewal of the AASHTO PONTIS software program. AASHTO developed the PONTIS software program and is the only known source for renewal of this software program. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the anticipated award date will be on or about August 21, 2003.
