- DynCorp Technical Services A CSC Company is seeking contractors interested in providing an offer on projects that have no promise of funding. Only a reasonable expectation for year end fallout funding is expected. Funds are not currently available for this solicitation and may not be provided in the future. There shall be no legal liability on the part of the Government or DynCorp Technical Services should funding not be provided. The projects are bundled into a two (2) year Indefinite Delivery Quantity (IDQ) that would consist of converting of Electrical Distribution to include from overhead lines to underground service by streets in four project areas of Vance AFB in accordance with all plans and specifications. Unfunded Invitation To Bid (UITB) packages will be available for download on or about 22 August 2003 at our Web page http://ifb.dyncorp.com . Small Business Set Aside NAICS 238210 size is $12M. Magnitude $1M - $5M. Pre-Bid will be held 11 September 2003, 10:00 a.m. Bldg 244 Dock 4, Vance AFB, Enid, OK. Currently the Bid Opening is scheduled for 23 September 2003 at 3:00 p.m..
