- NA Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision for a Job Order Contract for Fort Dix/77th Regional Support Command (RSC) which includes the states of New York and New Jersey. Work consists of maintenance, repair, renovation, alteration and construction and may include all construction disciplines. The period of performance is twelve months from date of award with four one-year option periods. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. There are four zones defined within the two state area. Two awards may be made. The Government guarantees a minimum of $200,000.00 per award for the base year and $50,000 per award for each of the four option years. The maximum ceiling is $50,000,000.00 over the life of the contract. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 236220, 1542, $28,500,000.00. The estimated magnitude of this project is more than $10,000,000. Pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, this is a comp etitive 8(a) procurement to 8(a) contractors from the New York and New Jersey SBA District Offices. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Eligible 8(a) firms shall request a solicitation package in writing. A bid opening date has not been established at this time but will be annotated in the final released Invitation for Bid.
