Description

NA The Army requires a firm fixed price construction contract for HVAC Upgrade & Misc. Repairs to 9 Buildings, Fort Stewart, Georgia. The work covered by this contract consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and performing all operations required in connection with HVAC Upgrade & Misc. Repairs to Buildings, Fort Stewart, Georgia: (1) Remove old heating equipment and ductwork and install new ductwork and a/c sy stem in buildings 12601, 12605, 12606, 12609, 12610, 12612, 12614, 12617 and 12618; (2) Demo all Existing duct work in buildings except return air grille and flue gas vent above furnace; and (3) Remove all existing gas furnaces. SIC Code is 1711, NAICS C ode is 238220 and the Size Standard is $12,000,000.00. Performance time is 60 calendar days. Project is UNRESTRICTED. All responsible businesses may submit a proposal that will be considered. Magnitude is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The antici pated issue date is 21 August 2003.
