Description

NA Rebuild taxiway 5 totally from the base up using surface course airfield asphalt, base cours airfield asphalt, KDOH #57s drainage layer and KDOH DGA base course including under-drains and surface drains improvements that includes additional catch basin inl ets and storm drainage piping. Failed existing taxiway 5 is 75 ft x 3785 ft. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the Small Business Opp ortunity Development Reform Act of 1988 and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, NAICS 237310 for t his acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $28.5 million.
