Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Forage and Range Research Lab, Logan, Utah, requires one new forage harvester. Deliveries shall be made Monday through Friday only between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., excluding Federal holidays, unless otherwise scheduled. OFFERORS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAXING REQUEST FOR COPY OF THIS SOLICITATION TO THE ATTENTION OF LEE SHEA @ 970/229-5531. POTENTIAL OFFERORS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S MAILING LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE FAX'D SOLICITATION REQUEST TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER AS WELL AS REFERENCING SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-031-82HW-03. REQUESTS SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. FAX'd quotations are acceptable to Lee Shea @ 970/229-5531 on or before August 27, 2003 by 5:00 P.M. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS is 333111 with a small business size of 500 employees. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-031-82HW-03 which will be available on or about August 13, 2003. The anticipated award date is August 29, 2003. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency.
