Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This solicitation F16602-03-R-0023 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation as well as all provisions and clauses are current through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS Code 315999/SIC Code 2389. If the small business set-aside is dissolved for full and open competition, this solicitation will NOT be resynopsized. Proposals from all business sizes are encouraged.
