Description

SYNOPISIS/SOLICITATION FOR CV METER f33601-03-T-0212 The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) and FAR 6.302-1(a) (2). The proposed source is Keithly Instruments Inc., Cleveland, OH. The item being procured is (1) each, 590/100K/1M CV METER W/100kHz-1mHz Mod. This synopsis is being published for information purposes only. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations however, the government will consider any quotations received within (7) days of the issuance of this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
