Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Hamilton Sundstrand, Windsor Locks, CT 06096, in support of the ground and flight tests of the C-2A NP2000 Propeller Program. This effort covers onsite and in plant support of the C-2A aircraft ground and flight test with the T56-A-425 engines equipped with Hamilton Sundstrand Model NP2000 propellers, therefore, they are the only source that possesses the resources and in-depth technical knowledge and technical data necessary to provide these services within the time required to meet USN requirements.
