Description

The Defense Finance and Accounting Service, Cleveland anticipates issuing a sole source award firm fixed price contract to J.D. Donahue and Associates (JDDA). The contract will be for 36 month lease to ownership (LTOP) for four (4 ea) Eagle Non-Impact MICR Check Printers with Integrated Post Print Verification. The operation of this check printer system is dependent on MADS and MADCAP software. This software is the only software that can operate the check printing system. This software is covered by the copyright laws of the United States and is the proprietary property of the JDDA. It is anticipated that the contract will consist of a one-year (1) base period and two 1-year option periods will be awarded. Responses from responsible sources will be considered. Response must have sufficient documentation to allow this office to evaluate the probability of your firm to submit a valid proposal. A determination by the government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purposes for determining whether to conducted a competitive procurement. If the requirement is found to be other than sole source, no additional announcement will be published. All communication shall be in writing and by e-mail and addressed to david.connelly@dfas.mil
