Description

This is a request for quote. Funds are currently not available, but may become available on or before 30 Sep 2003. The US Government reserves the right to award for more or less than the quantity estimated based on availability of funds. This acquisition is set-aside for 100% Small Business. Delivery shall be FOB destination. Required delivery: 30 days ARO. Item description: Portable air conditioner, quantity 2 ea. Specifications: 22.83" wide, 17.13" deep, 30.91" high, 106.92lbs, 8,000 - 10,000 BTUs, Covers: 304-386 sq. ft., power: 120v/900w, Energy Efficiency rating: 11.1, moisture removal: 50.74 pints p/day, exhaust hose: 4' long x 3 1/2 round. Features: cools at 8,000 BTUs, super cools at 9,000, and cool jets at 10,000; electrostatic anti-bacterial filter removes 99.97% of particles; control panel; built in dehumidifier removes 50.74 pints of moisture per day; portable, with rolling wheels; adjustable thermostat; timer. Basis of award: Award will be made to the lowest-price Offeror, best demonstrating their ability to satisfy the technical capabilities of the items specified. Offerors of any equal must provide descriptive literature to this office for evaluation. Contractor?s are required to be CCR registered in order to compete. CCR registration can be accomplished online at www.ccr.gov.
