Description

NA The Corpus Christi Army Depot has a year requirement for chemicals in support of water treatment and water treatment operations. The following chemicals and quantities are estimates for a year. Chemicals will be ordered as needed. Sulfuric Acid, 97%, co ncentrated in bulk. 186,000 lbs estimate. Sulfuric acid is consumed at rate of 500 gallons per month. Sodium Hydroxide, 50%, concentrated in bulk. 122,496 lbs estimate. Sodium Hydroxide is consumed at rate of 800 gallons per month. Sodium Bisulfite, 4 0%, concentrated in bulk. Sodium bisulfite consumed at rate of 400 gallons per month. Sodium Hypochlorite, 15% concentrate. 56,040 lbs estimate. Sodium Hypochlorite consumed at rate of 300 gallons per month. Magnesium Hydroxide Powder in 50 lb bags. 26,000 lbs estimate. Consumed at rate of 500 lbs per week. Sodium Di-methyl-di-thio-carbomate, 40% DTC, in 55 gallon drum. 12 drums estimate. Consumed at rate of 1 drum per month. Poly Aluminum Chlorhydrate, 50% in 55 gallon drum. 52 drums estimate. Consumed at rate of 4 drums per month. FOB Destination, Corpus Christi, TX. The quantities are estimated for a period of one year from date of award. Delivery will be as required. Email cevans@ccad.army.mil to request of copy RFQ. All responsible so urces may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
