- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the purchase of Various Wolhaupter Boring Heads and Parts and is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written quotation WILL NOT be issued. This announcement is issued as request for quotation N00102-03-Q-2314. The standard NAICS classification is 333512. This quotation incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14 with changes effective June 23, 2003. The DFARS is current as of June 20, 2003 and inclusive of DCN20030214 (cases 2002-D031, 2002-D034, 2002-D042 and technical amendments) effective June 20, 2003. CLIN 0001 - Wolhaupter Boring Head Kit UPA5-S (Head P/N 014020) Which Includes 1 Each #5 Morse Taper A dapter (P/N 1300051003920) 1 Each Toolkit (P/N 101044) and Nested Box to hold all items (P/N 09900) Total Quantity 3 Sets. CLIN 0002 ? Wolhaupter Boring Head Kit UPA4 (Head P/N 008020) Which Includes 1 Each #4 Morse Taper Adapter (P/N 130005), 1 Each ToolKit (P/N 101041) and Nested Box to hold all items (P/N 099008) Total Quantity 1 Set. CLIN 0003 ? Wolhaupter Boring Head Kit UPA3 (Head P/N 006020) Which Includes 1 Each #3 Morse Taper Adapter (P/N 130001), 1 Each Toolkit (P/N 101040) and Nested Box to hold all items (P/N 099007). Pricing shall be FOB Destination (Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, NH). The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to offerors ? Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offerors are requested to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 and 252-212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items, with quotation s. The following clauses/provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-4, 52.212-5 (including 52.222-21, 52.222-22, 52.222-25, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37 and 52.225-3), and 252.212-7001.
