Description

NA 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals a re being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The proposed contract is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332311 size standard is 500 employees. 3. The following is intended to be purchased for the Government to upgrade a Media Blast Booth: P/N 501004 PRS-6S Pneumatic Recovery System to include: 6-1/2 cubic foot ASME pressure vessel; 6-1/2 cubic foot storage hopper; 800 CFM Ultrawear Lined turnable reclaimer; DCM-200hv dust collector with 200 sq. ft. cloth; 10 HP blower rated @ 42-inch s.p. o n clean air side; 780 remote controls; 50 foot length of 1-inch blast hose w/couplings; 5/16-inch silicone-carbide nozzle; 25 foot of 4-inch recovery hose; 1-1/4 inch air inlet; media recovery hopper @ 30-inch width x 30-inch depth x 12-inch height; and el ectrical 440-480v/3ph. 4. Award shall be made only to contractors who have registered with the Central Contractor Registration at www.ccr2000.com. 5. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Item. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision with their quotation. 6. The following provisions in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) apply to this acquisition to include any addenda to the provision. This solicitation incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
