- THIS REQUIREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR 8(a) CERTIFIED SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS (SEDB) CONCERNS. AN ELIGIBLE SEDB CONCERN IS A SMALL BUSINESS CONCERN EXPRESSLY CERTIFIED BY THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (SBA) FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE SBA'S 8(a) PROGRAM AND WHICH MEETS SUCH CRITERIA AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION OF THE OFFER. Establish a Backup Emergency Communication (BUEC) facility, which includes installing a foundation for a 12' x 16' precast concrete shelter (Government Furnished Material - GFM). A foundation for on 30ft. galvanized steel fold-over pole (GFM). Concrete for landing and sidewalks, site grading, installation of access road and parking area, electrical power service infrastructure and hook-up and other associated tasks necessary to establish this BEUC Facility. The magnitude of constructions is estimated between $25,000 to $50,000. The performance period is 45 calendar days.
