- Contractor to fill first time prescriptions for VA patients seen at the Waterloo Outpatient Clinic, located in Waterloo, Iowa, within the 1-3 mile radius, and provide medication counseling per OBRA 90 requirements, to adhere to the VA formulatory, and to provide prescription, pads for writing of these prescriptions, for the period of 10/1/03 - 9/30/2004 with one year renewal option included.
