- Description
- Replacement digital/analog voice telephone system as a Private Branch Exchange with Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). The basic requirement is for an on-premise, digital/analog voice PBX with attendant console(s). Attendant console PCs with monitors and keyboards shall be provided and support automated directory access. Voice mail, automated attendant, Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), Interactive Voice Response (IVR), and call detail reporting are required. Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) functions must be supported for both trunks and end user devices. The PBX; Voice Mail/Automated Attendant; ACD; IVR and VoIP systems under consideration shall be contracted on the basis of one supplier providing all items in the statement of work as a total system including installation and warranty services. Offerors must hold a GSA Connections contract in Category I. The proposal request package will only be available on the Web. The solicitation documents will be available for download 24 hours after this notice is posted. Enter the solicitation number as VHA-059.
