- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Reference number F4AFWA31880300/32100100 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15. This solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 443112 and the small business size standard is $7.5M. The government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order for the following items: (1 each) Sharp NMS Master Display Projector, 1280 x 1024 resolution at 4700 lumens w/dual lamp capabilities, P/N Sharp XG-10WLP; (1 each) Sharp ceiling mount, P/N AN-XGCM70; (1 each) Smart Corp Smart Board, P/N SB580; (1 yr) Quarterly Sharp maintenance support, on-site; (1 each) RGB Spectrum Quadview plus 4 Input Processor; (4 each) Extron RGB 109xi Interface, P/N 60-289-01 and (1 each) Digital Display Systems, Inc. Time Zone Clock, 24 hour 4 zone, 7.25? x 55.25? x 1.38?, P/N BTZ-42425-4. Date and place of delivery are: on or before 28 August 2003 to Offutt AFB, NE. The specific delivery location will be listed on the order. Quotes will be accepted on any or all of the items listed above. The government reserves the right to award to one or more companies, which ever is in the best interest of the Government. QThe provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial; The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation, Commercial Items. Evaluation will be based on low price. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certification, Commercial Items as well as 252.212-7001, Contract terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items (Dev); with its offer. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions, Commercial Items, applies tot his acquisition.
