- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for replacement parts for Nose Array Test Sets. The parts are: five (5) pitch resolvers; five (5) low-pressure control valves; five (5) low-pressure hydraulic power units; five (5) high-pressure hydraulic power units; and five (5) high-pressure hydraulic power units. Parts to be manufactured to drawings that will be provided upon issuance of solicitation. Required delivery is later than 15 May 04. FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 334515 and a size standard of 1000. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued by 30 Aug 03. The closing date of the solicitation will be 29 Sep 03, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. This requirement will NOT be pro cured under FAR Part 12. When issued, the RFP will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil and on the Keyport Acquisition homepage at http://kpt-eco.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFP. No telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. An email request to powersm@kpt.nuwc.navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFP from the NECO or Keyport websites. The offeror must have a current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov ). Any questions should be submitted in writing via the fax number provided above or e-mailed to powersm@kpt.nuwc.navy.mil. No bidders list will be ma intained by this office. No paper copies of the RFP / amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer nonresponsive and result in rejection of the same.
