Description: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has a requirement for proprietary software for which NRC intends to negotiate a sole source contract with ISTec GmbH, Garching, Germany. Interested firms may submit a capability statement demonstrating that they have software that provides, at a minimum, the following capabilities: 1. ability to analyze the SPACE code developed for the Teleperm XS system; and 2. ability to verify that the code generator created the correct code and be capable of finding deviations between redundant trains. Numbered note 22 applies to this procurement.
