Description

The U. S. Coast Guard Maintenance and Logistics Command-Atlantic (flp) intends to procure Sole Source, 2 each, C130 Transport Trolleys for loading MH-68A Agusta Helicopters. This unit is designed expressly for the loading of the A109E and is manufactured by Agusta Westland, Inc. The intended purchase is a propriety product of Agusta Westland, Inc. of Philadelphia, PA. This procurement will use Simplified Acquisitions Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 and Policies in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 336212 and Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees.
