Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to paint boat house and replace door at the Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary, 175 Edward Foster Road, Scituate, MA 02066. Work includes removal of lead based paint on all trim of the Boathouse including the entrance door fascia, window sills, corner trim, eaves, soffitts and cornice. Work also includes replacing the existing Boathouse front personnel entrance door including side lights and hardware with new insulated fiberglass reinforced plastic door, side lights and hardware to match existing; replace the existing Boathouse overhead garage doors including hardware with new insulated fiberglass overhead doors and hardware to match existing. All work shall be in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The Government estimate for the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance period is 75 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Place of performance is the Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary, 175 Edward Foster Road, Scituate, MA 02066. Bid, Performance and Payment Bonds are required. This is a 100% small business set-aside. All responsible small business sources may submit a quote which will be considered. Copies of the Request for Quotations will only be available via this website. All interested parties shall download the Request for Quotation and Specifications after 8/20/03.
