- In accordance with FAR 9.2 and Public Law 98.525 this synopsis constitutes notice that the Air Force has established Qualification Requirements (QRs) for the overhaul of the following: NSN: 2995-01-254-3109, PN: 3505124-4-1, NOUN: Starter Cartridge/Pneumatic,applicable B-52H aircraft; NSN: 2995-01-277-9247, PN: 3505124-6-1, NOUN: Starter Cartridge/Pneumatic, applicable KC-135 aircraft. This is not an RFP. No solicitation document exists.
