Description

NA This requirement is changed from being full and open to being set aside for small business concerns. However, small business is highly encouraged to ensure they have highly qualified personnel not only for their core employees who will work on the contrac t but also in cases where temporary increases in staffing requirements become know. This may be achieved internally or by partnering with or teaming with a university, large business, or other small business. Any subcontracting must adhering to FAR Part 19 and FAR 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting. The date for response to this synopsis is changed from no later than 2:00 pm MDT on 22 August 2003 to read no later than 2:00 PM MDT on 02 September 2003.
