PRON: AX3C0378AX and AX3C0377AX, NSN: 6620-01-120-7434, PN: 145ES025-1. Quantity: 58 each minimum and 282 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement, ap plicable to the CH-47 Aircraft with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-500. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 58 each, 240 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to The Boeing Company, Cage Code 77272 and AMETEK IMC. , Cage Code 97424, because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DOD-STD-100. Firms that can produce the required item described above are enc ouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website ww.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsible sources may submit an offer whi ch shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the Solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
