- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for Upper Machine Panels in accordance with Dwg 01281-0841-0111 Rev B, Quantity 72 each and Lower Machine Panels in accordance with Dwg 01281-0843-0001 Rev B. The following drawings will also apply 01281-0840 Rev B, C11288 Rev F., C11735 Rev D, and Parts List 01281-0843. Required Delivery: 30 days after contract award. FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345. Inspection and acceptance to be at Destination. Distribution of drawing C11288 Rev F is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act to vendors who are currently registered with the Defense Logistics Information Service Joint Certification Program at http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/default.asp. To receive a copy of drawing C11288, vendors must complete DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement and fax to the attention of Monique Klose at fax number 360-396-7036. After receipt of the completed DD Form 2345 and confirmation that vendor is registered with Defense Logistics Information Service Joint Certification Program, the drawing will be mailed per the DD Form 2345 and Joint Certification Database. Vendors are responsible for their own registration with Defense Logistics Information Service. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued by 22 Aug 03. The anticipated closing date of the solicitation will be 04 Sep 03. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 12 simplified commercial acquisition procedures. When issued, the RFQ will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil. The RFQ will also be available for download at the NUWC Acquisition Division website: http://kpt-eco.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil/. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. An email request to klosem@kpt.nuwc.navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFQ from the NECO website. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitting quotes must: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation (3) and ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov/). No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ / amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer nonresponsive and result in rejection of the same. Numbered Note 8 applies.
