- Description
- The U.S. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION is interested in leasing office space in eastern Nassau County/western Suffolk County, NY, for a ten-year lease with five years firm. The space must consist of approximately 3,600 square feet of rentable space, yielding 2,955 to 3,250 ANSI/BOMA square feet of office space. Ten onsite parking spaces are required. The delineated area is bounded as follows: on the north by Jericho Turnpike; on the west by Route 106; on the south, by Old Country Road; and on the east by Route 110. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
